Cladding installed to tight tolerances.

A facade gets judged from arm’s length. Lines that run true across the whole elevation. Joints that stay even from the first panel to the last. Returns and reveals that close without a patch. That is the standard our installers hold on every package, large-format panels included.

  • Set out before the first bracket.

Every elevation is set out and checked from datum before a rail goes on, so the lines run true across the whole face.

  • Every joint, every return.

Corners, reveals and soffits are detailed and cut by the people fixing them, so the finish holds all the way to the edges.

  • Checked before it is covered.

Brackets, fixings and fire barriers are inspected and photographed at hold points before the next layer hides them.

Our own installers on every package.

We do not broker facades. The people who price the package are the people who fix it: our own installers, led by a supervisor who stays with the job from the first bracket to handover.

On the largest packages, like Acton Works in Park Royal, we bring in extra crews and run them under our own supervision and our own standards.

A 12-strong team, with the design and engineering support to coordinate the package with the architect, the main contractor and the manufacturer.

We have been the client too. Our experience is as a subcontractor, developer and builder: facade packages for Tier 1 and regional main contractors, and homes we developed and built ourselves, like 50 Woodside in Wimbledon. We price and sequence a facade the way a client needs it.

London facade projects, and the contractors who bring us back.

Hollybrook have brought us back for nine published projects. RED Construction, Morgan Sindall, Metnor and Frencon for two each. Six of them, west to east and back.

Cladding in Guernsey.

We take the whole facade package to the island. In Guernsey we installed Shackerley’s stone rainscreen system: large-format engineered stone and porcelain panels on an engineered subgrid, with the insulation, cavity and fire barriers, EPDM and soffits behind them, lined through to tight tolerances.

Crews and materials were shipped to the island, and every week we reported who was on site and what went in. We work in Guernsey and Jersey, as the facade subcontractor to the main contractor, exactly as we do on the mainland.

Cladding, drylining and remediation.

  • Dmitro coordinates, supplies and installs cladding, rainscreen, SFS and glazing interfaces as one external-envelope package.

    Cladding & Facade
  • Metal stud partitions, plasterboard, plastering, tape and jointing, planned and delivered alongside the envelope works.

Health and safety, RAMS and compliance.

Facade work is work at height, with cranes, on live sites. The discipline below is how every Dmitro package is planned, supervised and recorded, on our own developments and under main-contractor site rules alike.

Every package runs on project-specific RAMS, produced in ComplyOnSite RAMS software and reviewed before an operative starts.

CHAS and Constructionline
Accredited, with PQQ and tender documents issued on request.
Public liability and professional indemnity
Both held, certificates supplied for prequalification.
A named supervisor
On every package, from daily briefings to the interface with the main contractor.
Post-Grenfell retesting
We have taken part in retesting installed cladding systems in Northern Ireland.
  • CHAS website

Health and safety assessment accreditation, supporting prequalification with main contractors and clients.

  • Constructionline website

Registered on the Constructionline procurement and supply-chain platform used by UK main contractors and public-sector buyers.

Accreditations and compliance

CHAS, Constructionline, prequalification documents, RAMS and QA records.

These credentials are current and verifiable.

Certificates and registration details are available on request for prequalification and tender review.

Prequalification readiness
PQQ and tender documentation (insurances, policies and project references) maintained and issued on request.
RAMS
Project-specific risk assessments and method statements produced for every package before works start.
QA records
Inspection and hold-point records kept through the works and compiled into the handover file.
Main-contractor systems
Site teams work inside tier-1 and regional main-contractor management systems, inductions, permits and reporting included.

How we run a safe site

Planning, RAMS, supervision and QA on site.
RAMS before boots
Project-specific risk assessments and method statements are produced and reviewed before any operative starts. Access, lifting, fire and weather-tightness risks are dealt with on paper first.
Competent supervision
Every package runs under a named site supervisor responsible for daily briefings, permit compliance and the interface with the main contractor’s management team.
Main-contractor site rules
Dmitro teams work inside tier-1 and regional main-contractor systems. Inductions, permits to work, inspection regimes and reporting are followed, not duplicated.
Installation sequencing
Facade and interior works are sequenced so elevations close out safely: scaffold and access logic, exclusion zones and material logistics planned with the site team.
QA and hold points
Barriers, fixings and concealed layers are inspected and photographed at agreed hold points before they are covered, with records kept through the works.
Handover records
Inspection and test documentation is compiled into the handover file so the client’s team can evidence what was built.

Sustainable cladding, built to last.

The building envelope decides how a building performs for decades. That is where a facade contractor’s contribution is real: long-life materials, one continuous insulation and airtightness line, and less waste on site.

Materials chosen to last
Cladding selections are weighed for service life as well as appearance: long-life facade materials and detailing that protects the layers behind them.
Performance of the envelope
Insulation, membranes and airtightness lines installed as one continuous system. That is the part of building performance a facade contractor actually controls.
Waste-aware site delivery
Packages planned to cut waste at source: measured procurement, panel optimisation and segregated waste streams within the main contractor’s site arrangements.
Refurbishment and retrofit
The project record includes refurbishment and retrofit work on existing buildings, reusing structure and fabric rather than replacing it.
Responsible sourcing
Materials are procured from established UK and European manufacturers with published environmental documentation.

Questions main contractors ask.

Do you supply and install, or install only?

Both. We coordinate, supply and install the cladding, rainscreen, SFS and glazing interfaces as one package, or install a specified system supplied by others.

Is it your own labour?

Yes. Our own installers fix every package, under our own supervisor. On the largest jobs we add crews and run them to the same standard.

Which systems are you approved to install?

We are approved installers for Shackerley and Metsec, and we have installed Alucobond, VitraDual, Equitone, Trespa, Parklex, Sto, Kalzip and Rockwool systems on published projects.

Where do you work?

Across London and the South East, and in Guernsey and Jersey. We have also delivered specialist projects further afield, in Swindon and Ashby-de-la-Zouch.

What insurance do you hold?

Public liability and professional indemnity insurance. Certificates are supplied for prequalification.

Can you prequalify on our supply chain?

Yes. We are CHAS and Constructionline accredited, and our PQQ, RAMS and QA documents are ready for tender review.

How quickly do you reply?

Within one working day, to every enquiry.
