Delivery
One site team, envelope and interiors.
Interiors packages run under the same RAMS, supervision and QA routines as the external works — useful where a main contractor wants the envelope and internal linings carried by one accountable specialist.
Scope is kept proportionate: drylining, partitions, plastering and jointing are the core offer, with suspended ceilings and fire or acoustic partitions taken on where the project requires them.

Built end-to-end on our own developments.
On Dmitro’s own residential developments the company carried the full build — including the internal drylining and finishing trades. These records are design & build capability evidence, not subcontractor package case studies.
