Health & Safety

Façade work is working at height, with cranage, on live sites. The discipline below is how Dmitro packages are planned, supervised and recorded — on our own developments and under main-contractor site rules alike.

  1. 01

    RAMS before boots

Project-specific risk assessments and method statements are produced and reviewed before any operative starts — access, lifting, fire and weather-tightness risks dealt with on paper first.

  2. 02

    Competent supervision

Every package runs under a named site supervisor responsible for daily briefings, permit compliance and the interface with the main contractor’s management team.

  3. 03

    Main-contractor site rules

Dmitro teams work inside tier-1 and regional main-contractor systems — inductions, permits to work, inspection regimes and reporting are followed, not duplicated.

  4. 04

    Installation sequencing

Façade and interior works are sequenced so elevations close out safely — scaffold and access logic, exclusion zones and material logistics planned with the site team.

  5. 05

    QA and hold points

Barriers, fixings and concealed layers are inspected and photographed at agreed hold points before they are covered, with records kept through the works.

  6. 06

    Handover records

Inspection and test documentation is compiled into the handover file so the client’s team can evidence what was built.
