Dmitro Facades Ltd delivered the design-and-build through-wall facade package at New Pier Wharf, combining Kingspan SFS, Rockwool insulation, Tyvek membranes, Corofil barriers, Alucobond rainscreen on NVelope supports and Kalzip roofing.

Systems & materials

Materials and products included 4mm Alucobond RAL 7043 and African Zebrano D8004, Kingspan C100 framing, Rockwool 50/100/125/180mm, specified Corofil barriers and Kalzip RAL 7043. The evidenced assemblies include kingspan sfs, y-wall, rockwool rwa45/duo slab, tyvek firecurb, corofil barriers, alucobond fr sz-20 on nvelope and kalzip 65/400.
